Using customer's original data our Front End Department create test data files for our internal test department which consists of:

• 1 Mania T8T-DTS AOI System "Lyncolec uses this advanced AOI system to scan at 3 additional stages of the manufacturing process,  "Black & White Master Photo-Plots, Dry Film Image & Develop, After Etch of Outer Layers" This system removes operator error and ensures quality of product at vital stages.  
• 1 Lloyd Doyle AOI System: All inner layers are optically scanned to an accuracy of 0.005thou defect detection
• 2 Mania Pegasus Flying Probes systems
• 2 Mania Speedy Flying probes systems
• 1 Microcraft Emma Flying probe fine pitch system
• 1 Mania Econo Tower bed of nails test system
