Combined with the X-Ray Drill / Tooling system the Inductive Welding system utilises the X-Ray tooling to ensure layer to layer registration during it's Welding sequence thereby removing the need for old style Bonding Pins/Rivets.
The combination of these two highly accurate machines means that material stability issues are minimized, Layer to Layer registration is improved, Delivery is on time, Quality is improved and processes are monitored using built in SPC (Statistical Process Control) software on the X-Ray Tooling system
