Lyncolec continues to improve it's product support and based on Isola's recommendations for packing of PCBs that will be subject to Lead Free Assembly Temperatures Lyncolec has adopted "Best Practise" This is in direct response to issues that have arisen in the assembly industry during the Lead Free Assembly process. What this means to you the customer!

All Multi-Layers will be vacuum packed with the following sealed inside..

  •   Best Pratice Label for Assembly Processing "Lyncolec recommends each customer make their Goods Inwards / Process Operators & QA departments aware of these Labels"
  •   Desiccant Bags to ensure any trapped moisture is removed from the PCBs
  •   Humidity Indicator Card - 6 Spot - 10 - 60%  "Please look at Technical - Lead Free Assembly in our Web Site for detailed infomation"
  •   Lyncolec recommends that a bake before assembly is undertaken to prevent thermal shock to PCB that could lead to delamination or other assembly issues "Details are available on our web site".
