NADCAP AERSOSPACE ACCREDITATION

In October 2008, Dorset based WEAF member 'Lyncolec Ltd' became 1 of only 6 printed circuit board manufacturing company in the world to be awarded the coveted Nadcap Electronics approval. This valued accreditation is added to Lyncolec's current approvals of BS EN 9100:2003, AS 9100 rev B, ISO 9001:200, UL 796 and confirms our continued commitment to supply our customers with high reliability products.

Nadcap is a global cooperative standards-setting program for the aerospace, defence and automotive industries, and is administered by PRI (Performance Review Institute). Nadcap is dedicated to providing international, unbiased, independent certification services for the purpose of providing the public with added value, reduced total cost, and to facilitate relationships between the companies that provide the services they certify. Nadcap accreditation is an essential part of the overall supplier approval process encouraged by National Aerospace & Defence prime contractors such as by Honeywell, Rolls-Royce plc, Boeing, Airbus, Goodrich and Lockhead Martin and is a mark of prestige that represents superior performance and use of industry standards and leading technology.

In achieving Nadcap accreditation, Lyncolec is initially responding to a shift in the requirements of global aerospace, defence and automotive companies for accreditation in the Electronics field. This is a significant development by Lyncolec and a reflection of the company's commitment to keeping abreast of technical, commercial and quality initiatives in these niche market sectors.

CMM Coordinate Measuring Machine, This highly accurate automatic measuring machine will produce drawings of scanned PCB using customer original data. This machine has been installed to meet the ever increasing demand for FAIs First Article Inspections. Will comply with IPC & NADCAP requirements
